It would cost nothing for President Trump to simply issue blanket pardons to each and every member of his family and any other target that the insane left chooses to try to vilify and persecute.
Of course, the moonbat leftists would probably love for him to try something like that prior to the 2020 election so they could use it against him like a cudgel, but he’s not stupid. I could see him winning reelection and then doing something like that just to spite his enemies.
The prosecutions will come from a state, most likely, NY. Attorneys from the liberal states are working hard to find anything to prosecute.
