Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) argued Friday that federal prosecutors' latest filing in a case involving President Trump's former longtime attorney Michael Cohen means that Trump allegedly committed two felonies.

Lieu, a member of the House Judiciary Committee and frequent Trump critic, told MSNBC's Chris Matthews on "Hardball" that "we have a sitting president of the United States who committed two felonies while running for president.”....

This will be the concern we have - not the Russia stuff. They don’t have collusion.

We need to defeat these people we aren’t going to make deals with them. They plan to take America.

Yes, but he didn’t mean to, so under the Hillary rule, it’s not prosecutable.

“who committed two felonies while running for president.”

Even if true, not an impeachable offense.

Isn’t it amazing to think that before 1965, we wouldn’t even let Ted Lieu’s family into the country?

The 1943 act allowing Chinese to come to the US allowed for I think 100 individuals. Doubt that an obscure family from Taipei would have qualified, even if they were Kuomintang.

Lieu was born in Taiwan in 1969. And for some unfathomable reason, not only did we let him in, he’s allowed to make laws for us. Why is that? He has no history in this country, and from 1882 to 1965, it was made pretty clear that we weren’t interested in him even being here, much less making laws for us.

He’s another Poster Child for why the Exclusion Act should not have been repealed. The man oozes hatred for the Americans.

So Trump used his own money to pay hush money to two Democrat operative whores who were opportunistically using the campaign as leverage to commit extortion, and this is a crime?

Even if he was extremely careless, which he wasn’t, NRPWBSAC.

No Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring Such A Case.

Speaking of crimes:

Imran Awan and his brother Abid worked for several dozen Democratic U.S. Representatives, including several from California, according to a recent investigative report citing congressional staff data. CBS Los Angeles reported on Thursday (original links): Imran Awan was fired Tuesday by Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the same day he pleaded not guilty to a bank fraud charge in connection with a $165,000 home equity loan, authorities said. His brother Abid Awan, was employed earlier this year by Democratic Reps. Ted Lieu,... --- Breitbart

So Trump used his own money....

If he’d have misappropriated campaign funds, as Democrats always do, they MIGHT have a case. As is.....nada.

That is what they said about John Edwards. Except in John Edwards case he received around one million dollars and was found either not guilty or deadlocked on other counts.

Trump used his own money.

How is this campaign finance violations?

What’s odd is that he’s from Taiwan and a far left wackadoodle.

I know people from Taiwan- but have never known one who is liberal.

Did he com here as a baby and get spoiled or what?

The article says spending money to influence an election is a felony. Isn’t that what financing a campaign is all about?
