Infowars conspiracy theorist Alex Jones ramped up threats against special counsel Robert Mueller on Monday, calling him a "monster" and described shooting the former FBI Director.
Jones' nearly 3-hour July 23 InfoWars broadcast ranged from rants about Hollywood pedophilia to social media "shadow bans" to outlandish allegations Mueller was personally involved in a child sex ring composed of left-leaning political figures.
The InfoWars host went on to illustrate a "real world" threat against the former Marine Corps officer and Vietnam War veteran currently in charge of the Russian interference investigation of the 2016 presidential election.
Jones took on a particularly insidious tone during his Monday show, accusing Mueller of violent child sex acts before dramatizing a hypothetical "wild west" shootout with Mueller, a Republican appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to lead the Russia investigation in May 2017.
While playing spaghetti western music riffing off The Good, the Bad and the Ugly theme song, Jones detailed how the only thing about Mueller that scares him is Jones "not manning up."(continued)

I, like Alex Jones, am a firm believer in both the first and second amendments.
Under the first, people like Alex use video cameras to communicate.
Under the second we protect ourselves with guns.
Both cameras and guns involve “shooting” people.
With the left, in these times of chaos, unrest, and confusion, it might be easy to mix up which device liberals need to be shot with.
Just saying.
No worse than a sports coach saying "We're gonna smash the other guys to bits". The only reason the Enemedia will go wild over Jones is his use of an evil "shooting" metaphor.
>>broadcast ranged from rants about Hollywood pedophilia to social media “shadow bans”
it’s telling that “shadow bans” is in air quotes while Hollywood pedophilia is not disputed by the author.
Shadow banning is a thing that goes on in socialist networking media, you just aren’t supposed to notice.
Shadowban the MSM. Tune off, tune out, cut the cord.
>>I don’t think he ever actually said the words.
the author admits it is a hypothetical literary allusion and not a call to action
It’s on par with the vice squad officers taking the insult C*sucker out of context in Lenny Bruce’s adults only nightclub act and writing it as “discussed homosexual acts” in a performance with references to The Pope, etc...
Comeystain confronted President Trump with a nasty conspiracy rumor about a pee-pee video tape and attempted to blackmail him with “what if” this “news” ever got out, and low and behold it did.
All sorts of figures in the media traffic in foul conspiracy theories every day and in the MSM. What network is Alex Jones on?
There was a time when such language wasn’t allowed on FR.
Jones talks in metaphors and this @sshat from Newsweakling uses a literal title. Misleading as most of the trash from the MSM can charitably be called.
"It's not a joke. It's not a game. It's the real world. Politically. You're going to get it, or I'm going to die trying, b****. Get ready. We're going to bang heads," Jones continued, pretending to fire a gun at Mueller.
Article headline is complete B.S. That is not a threat of any kind, but a metaphor.
Are Journalists so bad at language they don't understand metaphor even when the speaker qualifies it as a metaphor twice by saying "politically"?
I don’t listen to Alex Jones. Think he is on a satellite channel.
I’ve been in the news media/investigations business for 50 years so I know a “suspect” person when I hear them. I just don’t trust his misuse of information (real or concocted).
This is what happened to Glen Beck who used to do a great job of education his viewers about history (he showed the original books/documents, etc), used great charts and graphs to explain relationships, etc.
Then he changed, and not for the better, sad to say.
I really liked him, and I know that some of my research was given (collectively) to him for use on his show.
There are a couple of “names” in the media today I knew (to some degree) as far back as 1970. One person I didn’t like as a person nor did I trust them. The other one I thought was a very intelligent, organized person who I would listen to. This one is now in a powerful position trying to protect the U.S.
The other one is in deep doo-doo for some reasons I do not know since there are allegations but no proof so far of anything being wrong. DC is slanderville on steroids.
Mueller, a Republican
Mueller is a republican just like Comey. Which is to say theyre Uniparty.
Similar to Sarah Palin targeting. They intentionally go out of the way to turn it into what it is not.
Seems like just yesterday St. David Hogg threatened violence on the President.
Would one name be Alan Burke?
Alex is not the only one making these threats.
I like the idea, would save the taxpayers much money...Maybe Mueller has outlived his usefulness..
Very well said! Posts referencing Alex Jones and "Q" should be completely disregarded by any rational, thinking person here on FR. I see no difference between the above two and both hurt this forum's reputation.
Whackjob conspiracy theories and nuttery from their likes have no place in legitimate fact-based discussion.
The builders of the Titanic had 'credibility' out the yin-yang. It didn't help them when reality bit.
Truth is our best weapon and our best protection. Truth is reality-proof. Truth is never wrong.
One day long ago Truth was nailed to a wooden cross and left to die. Virtually anyone you would have asked at that time would have told you that guy nailed up there between a couple of thieves had no credibility. Then He saved us.
