Not possible .. Melania had it on when she left the White House. Who knows when it was purchased ... The guy that owns the business is a super-rich billionaire, Spaniard. Somebody in the White House did their homework, and was sending out a message, Trump style.
Think Trump messaging ... given who owns the business that manufacturers the clothing line. There is a 'reason' they are so 'cheap'.
