Again, it’s clear you miss the point.

But I’ll try to explain it again cause maybe some day you’ll get it.

The issue isn’t that it happens. Sexual predators will infiltrate anywhere to gain access to children. It happens.

It’s how it’s dealt with that’s the issue.

And covering up while the priest is molesting children and then shuffling him on to fresh victims is nothing more than watching the door while the abuse is going on.

The Catholic church is guilty in more ways than it can comprehend in their cover up and enabling of the homosexual perverts who are molesting children.

And it’s been going on for a LONG time.

Most other places know how to deal with pedos, which usually involves the words *jail* and *arrest* and *revoked* ( as in credentials).

In Catholicism, not only are they protected, they are rewarded by fresh victims and then promotions.

In most denominations when someone’s sexual impropriety is exposed, their credentials are revoked.

In Catholicism which claims that it is opposed to homosexuality, they let homosexual clergy continue to administer sacraments, because*once a priest, always a priest* and as long as his *intent* is *pure* (whatever that means in practice), the sacraments are considered valid.

What a mockery of God and His holiness.

Catholics and Catholicism would do well to take a lesson from Eli’s sons.

IIRC, I read somewhere that if the priest's "intent" is not "pure" then whatever he does as a priest is not legit.

It makes me wonder how many Roman Catholics have gone to confession, Mass, etc, and the intention of the priest was not valid, is their confession nullified, does the Mass not count [at least in terms of Roman Catholicism though not actual NT Christianity]?

Hopefully you are aware that there is more sexual molestation among non-Catholic clergy than among priests.

Fox News Report
In fundamentalist and evangelical churches -- sexual abuse
Other non-Catholic churches and sexual abuse
