You're right. We can be there to help when they're ready to accept THEY have a problem... The people I'm most concerned with are innocent hard working inner city black citizens trapped in criminal hellholes - people not part of the dysfunction but without power to effect changes...
Anything we do, needs to be aimed at those that are hard working. I think they are left out of most things because they just keep going and they are not out running their mouth playing victim or rioting. If we can get jobs, possibly manufacturing or other things close to those communities we could improve their lives at least in better jobs available to them.
