I agree w/ a previous comment.....this guy’s a psycho.
He belongs in a mental ward....in a strait jacket..

To describe his god-awful ruminations as “intellectually facile” is to over-state his intellectual vacuity.

There’s a school of thought out there-—given impetus by frickin’ “equality” warriors-—that believes just b/c an individual of color thinks weirdo thoughts, that gives them intellectual standing.

This guy brings about as much enlightenment to intellectual discourse as a fruit loop floating in a cereal bowl.

So true, Liz. And yet he is a product of an academic system that rewards obfuscation of a subject -- the exact opposite of education.

That way, they keep the secret club going. And a subject like sociology "progresses" so that professors can teach a subject that has very little practical value in the real world.

In fact, if this guy is a good example of the thinking of Doctors of Sociology, then they are a big cause of America's sociological problems.

As Alan Watts says, these are academics who "would wear a white lab coat to work if they thought they could get away with it."

The idea is to publish something like this crackpot has done and get other professors to sing its praise in the professional journals.

I was surprised the guy couldn't persuade a single person to offer a positive Amazon review of his book.

You'd think he'd get one of his colleagues to do so, but maybe he has no true colleagues. He's the affirmative action professor that nobody really respects, but he has a secure Associate Professor job regardless.

If I had to work at a place like that where a blatant racist and chip-on-the-shoulder person was my supposed "colleague", I'd get the hell out of there.

But academics seem to enjoy having these types around. And so it is that the Ivory Tower monastery becomes more insulated from the real world of ordinary deplorable people.

In September of last year, I spoke with a graduate student going to the University of Georgia at a coffee shop. And I explained that I was a Trump supporter. And she was at least honest enough to say, "You know, I have never actually met someone who supports Donald Trump before".

So this begins to explain why TDS is so prevalent.

Liz, this fruit loop looks as though he jumped out of the cereal bowl to follow BO’Bs guidelines. After all BO’B looked to ban protection, medical assistance, from Social Security recipients if their doctor asked them “Do you own a gun” and their answer was “yes”. Twas a slippery slope when he was doing the leading. An entire generation now in possession of half a mind or worse - out of their mind.
