Is it possible to make an E-cat to prove it works, I don’t mean make one to sell it.
In other words, just because he has a patent doesn’t mean it works.
I guess if you could figure out what one of those chemical powders are, and you were able to engineer the parts...sure. I am not a mechanical engineer so I have no idea if it would work.
