I pray that God opens your heart to people who don’t share your belief.

He has and I'm here, contending for the faith handed down to us by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, through the preaching of His Gospel and through the unbreakable Word of God.

But...you neglected to respond to my question regarding who should be the leader of the peaceful, harmonious, one-world religion consisting of RCs, Mormans, Muslims, and any other lost souls that you advocate.

Hence my taking each of their own proposals (Kopp's here and here, and NYer's here and here) finding ways that they could fit with yours, and harmonizing all into one singular Catholic Proposal that all can read and consider.

I've noticed that too. But visionaries of Mary (the Church-approved ones) say that they feel only intense joy when they see her. That her beauty is incomparable. And I believe St. Bernadette [of Lourdes] said she was smiling [I'd have to double-check on that].

And for those who understand the tilma of Juan Diego as true, they will see that the picture ("Our Lady of Guadalupe") which was painted by God, shows Mary as not smiling, so there must be good reason for that.

The only drawing by Him that I know of was made on the ground while He was being confronted with the woman found in the very act of sexual sin. (By the way, was one of the Pharisees the man involved with her? Or was it a Sadducee? Perhaps he was a scribe.)

Honestly, I believe God judges people according to their consciences, and their hearts. If a person is not some terrorist, satanist, nazi hatemonger, or any other of that ilk which by definition hates God and his neighbor, then yes, I do believe a person of good will has a chance at Heaven. If they are, within the scope of their belief, honoring God as they perceive Him, and are kind to those around them, and do their best not to succumb to hate, then, yes, I do believe. Blessed are the peacemakers. I could picture Gandhi in Heaven- but the last word always belongs to God... May He bless you and yours!

Have you not been taught how much God hates sin and will not allow sinful man into His presence without being consumed as by fire?

Do you not know why Jesus of Nazareth was sent to be born as a human male?

If you were the final judge, you would let every nice, good, and somewhat well-known person into the presence of Almighty God?

Right now the discussion has been limited to "Catholic" proposals, since the Catholic contingent has been the most vocal about wanting changes to the moderation of, and location of, religious discussion on FR.

So since you agree with their suggestions, do you also agree that I've captured their proposals accurately and fairly in post 971? If not, how would you change them to read?

Why, the RCs would be happy, the RCs that WERE unhappy and either left or just stopped donating to Free Republic would return in droves because NO RC would be censured except by another RC mod!
