Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse which has been investigating the real background of Zero aka “0bama”, and any crimes committed in the attempt to cover up what his real life was. I am sure someone else can give a better definition.

In the real world of Constitutional gov't the county Sheriff is the supreme law of the land. The Sheriff can toss a federal agent out of his county for no reason at all, even better if he has a reason. Under [his] authority he can appoint helpers, posse members. They are sworn in, given official ID's and have certain investigative privileges. All decisions are passed by the Sheriff so he is in control of all of his posse members.

In Maricopa county Arpiao has had this Cold Case Posse in existence for some time. When Tea Party members, some 250, signed a petition to have Sheriff Joe "look" into the LFBC as a forgery he agreed and gave it to his CCP with the intention of "clreaing" the pResident, but something happened along the way and here we are....
