A Bay Area woman was shocked to receive an insulting piece of mail from the Bank of America.
A Visa credit card offer from the bank sent to Lisa McIntire was addressed to "Lisa Is A Slut McIntire."
McIntire thinks a data entry person entered the offensive address, but said she doesn't understand how it got through the bank's system. She took to Twitter to get the Bank of America's attention.
The bank apologized in response and said they are looking into the situation.
She lives in Menlo Park - of course she’s a slut! All of us Palo Alto and Redwood City guys had a string of wealthy Menlo Park babes at hand!
Okay but, she hasn’t denied it....

It’s the seriousness of the crime that counts.
When I was in high school we used to send in career information requests from magazines to different trade schools with our friends names and addresses. People would show up at our doors trying to get us to go to this or that trade school.
It offends her, so she puts it on the net? I think she’s advertising.
Her daughter did, not her.
Someone pranked her by filling out a request with exactly that name on it.
So her daughter thinks she’s a slut? Wow. Hard feelings in that family.
By way of apology the bank sent her a $100 gift certificate to Victoria’s Secret.
Maybe it was a hacker that did nothing other than have some fun in the database. Then they waited for it to show up in the news. Proof positive to their friends that they really did what they said they did.
No, Victoria’s Secret is classy. They sent a gift card to Fredrick’s of Hollywood.
hmmm, I can figure this out but first I’ll need recent a picture of Lisa and her phone number...
My first thought as well. Years ago, I had a total @$$hat for a boss. Everybody in the office hated him. Always swearing and nothing good to say about anyone or anything. A real dou... well, anyway, he was married, a couple of college aged kids, country club life, fancy neighborhood, etc...
One day we found his address and sent in a couple of subscription cards in his name for some totally filthy sick perv magazines (they made Hustler look like Boys Life) BUT... for a little twist, we put a couple of his neighbors' addresses on the cards. ;-)
Yeah, I'm thinking in this case, this slut girl ticked somebody off.
Clearly the case of a seriously-in-need-of-reprogramming autocorrect.
