Well, around this neck of the woods $2 bills are enjoying a resurgence since the local “gentlemen’s club” opened.
They recently opened one of those “gentlemens clubs” around here too.
The city issued a permit. Then the people living near the place exploded. The city tried to revoke it, claiming that it was approved “in error”. The club owners took them to court and after a lengthy battle the permit was enforced.
When the club finally opened they named it “Controversy”.
