What is going on? A country of dirty old men?

First Jerry Rivers tweets a shirtless photo, with the only body hair below his nose is his moustache.

Then the peter tweeter is back in action, in NY.

Then the mayor of San Diego uses female staffers for unilateral pleasure.

Now McCain is playing to the stripper lobby?

WTF?

I think if you considered the value of the dollar today compared to its worth in the 1950’s and replaced paper with coin at the same level it was back then, that the lowest denomination today in paper form would be the $20 bill and maybe the $50.

You had to buy four gallons of gas before you got into one paper bill. Now, four gallons gets you to $18. and it’s more stark with some other things. The price of a movie ticket, for example.

I think we need $1, $5, $10 $20 and $50 couns. I think we should not have any denomination below the quarter, and maybe even the half dollar.
Or we could just do with the dollar what Mexico did with the peso. It would sure help regarding the AMT and disclosure of cash transactions over $10,000 - which has become a farce.

Well, around this neck of the woods $2 bills are enjoying a resurgence since the local “gentlemen’s club” opened.

McCain is hinting that due to inflation, the dollar coin will soon replace the penny. Strippers will be confused at first.

Strippers, bell hops, and valets have been taking it in the ______ for years from inflation. If you get tipped in dollar bills, inflation really kills you, as people aren't quick to break habits such as $1/bag.

As for coins, I would gladly use coins in $1, $5, $10, and $20 increments. I would also appreciate $500 and $1000 bill denominations.

It was a lot easier to pay for small items when ice-cream cones, soda, candy bars, hot dogs, etc. could all be paid for with a single coin. And returning to 10 cent sodas isn't ever going to happen.

In a sane world McCain would be at the Happy Home with trees and flowers and chirping birds and basket weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes.

Actually, this shows just how out of touch McCain is. Every year, the US releases the next 4 of the presidential dollar series and a Sacajewea dollar. That's five different versions of those brass looking dollar coins about the size of a quarter minted every year.

People seldom use them, but they are made.

The reality is that dollar coins have never been wildly popular, even in the days of the cartwheels, at least since the greenback made its debut.

I went to a strip club in Canada once, about 5 years ago. It really bothered me that the guys were tossing coins on the stage, LOL. But Canada has $1, $2, $5, and $10 coins, if I recall correctly. McCain meant that he was hoping for the strippers in the US to start getting more Five dollar bills, but $1 coins would just make more noise in the US strip clubs. It won’t change the economics of supply and demand on price-per-boob.

Sen. John McCain has a wish.........legislation he’s backing that would do away with the dollar bill and replace it with a dollar coin:

How many times has the dollar coin been tried and rejected by the general public????

This is just another example of the idiocy coming from this fool...............

IS THERE ANYBODY IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA THAT HAS ONE OUNCE OF INTELLIGENCE? WHY DOES MCCAIN CONTINUE TO GET RE-ELECTED?
