MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton weighed in with his thoughts on the trajectory of the George Zimmerman trial on Wednesday after a medical examiner testified about the nature of the fatal wounds he inflicted on Florida teen, Trayvon Martin, in 2012. Sharpton said that it made little sense to him that Zimmerman did not use his recent training in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) to incapacitate Martin during their struggle and instead used his firearm.

I am going to guess that the sucker punch thrown by Trayvon broke Zimmerman’s nose. Zimmerman probably lost consciousness for a second and was probably brought around by having his head rammed into the pavement.
By the time his head cleared enough to think clearly, the only thought that came to his mind was to go for his gun. I would be surprised if the thought of, shoot or not shoot ever entered his mind.
Of course, the only thing that I want to see at this point is for Dr. Rao to have her nose broken by an MMA participant and then to see her expound as to how it was an inconsequential injury. Putz!
Yes. she did. She actually said it more than once. Here is her describing it :
"Wet, leaf, rolling all over." - pure poetry!
I have no more idea than you do.
If he was slamming his head against the concrete there wouldn’t be any marks on his hands only on zimm’s head !
It does not appear that this lying fraud listened to the testimony of the man from the gym where Zimmerman was studying the martial arts.
