Congress should act this year to ratify an agreement allowing oil and gas drilling along the maritime border between the U.S. and Mexico, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said Tuesday.

Oh sure so that Mexico can drill there but the United States can’t because the Obama administration won’t permit any off shore drilling period.

Obama will allow foreign run oil companies to drill in American waters as long as they're state owned.

That way the profits are distributed among the 'people', not evil private oil companies.

In reality the profits go to prop up corrupt governments, which suits Barack Omugabe just fine.
