2011 rankings of economic freedom

Thanks, I usually do.
In fact a quick google produced several sites with the same data.
One even showed that back in 2003, the USA was still number 3 in economic freedom.

There are no sites I know of which quantify "adherence to the Constitution", since presumably, how do you measure degrees of zero? ;-)
