It is not about other policy disagreements.” NRC Commissioner William Magwood “He has asserted the authority to decide what information is provided to the commission, when it is provided and increasingly what the information contains when it reaches the commission, This behavior is contrary to both the letter and intent of the organization plan, and no commissioner could confidently carry out his legal obligations under these conditions.” ... “abusive behavior towards staff” and “a growing cancer of a chilled work environment at the agency.”
Jaczko has denied the charges but pledged to change his “demeanor” if needed.

I caught some of this hearing. It was the most unbelievable and weird hearing I ever saw. All the people on the commission were just slamming this loser Jaczko for being a toad and instigator and he sat there and sheepishly took it. When asked to resign, he said no reason to. Unbelievable. Now I see how this POS got his job and what he is up to.
