What a confusing mess. Now my question is why did she basically abandon Obama at her parents house? I always thought she brought him back to Hawaii after she divorced Soetero. But she divorced Soetero two years after leaving Obama at her parents. Why didn’t she want him in Indonesia anymore?
Because she wasn’t his mother. As to why the Dunhams took him in, who knows?
There is only one explanation.

1971 - if the timeline is correct this is the year Obama turns 10. On August 4, 1971.
Of course in 1969 and 1970 and most of 1971 Obama II was supposed to be in Indonesia. He returns to Hawaii only in October of 1971.

Bari Shabazz supposedly died in 1994. If he was truly dead, why would someone want to close his Hawaiian accident file Twenty-one ( 21 ) years after it occurred?
Who, and why did someone find it necessary Twenty-one years after his 1982 car accident in HAWAII where he didn’t appear in court, and a bench warrant was issued for him, why would someone want a Dead Man's Court Case closed in 2003?
Inquiring minds want to know.
He doesn’t look like Stanley Ann. Once you realize that “Dreams” is written as an advertisement, propganda backstory to a fake life, and take a close look at Zero and Stanley Ann’s photos, they don’t look alike.
But he does look remarkably like MX.

Just a guess, but it is possible that the court finally found out this person was dead and then cleared it out of the active records.
It’s a possibilty, not that I know anything about it, but I can imagine that cases which have exceeded the statute of limitations, might regularly be removed from the record.

I didn’t say Stanley Ann, I said Stanley Armour Dunham, Stanley Ann’s father. Obama’s a dead ringer for his grandfather.
And, no, I don’t think that Obama looks “remarkably like Malcolm X,” anymore than he “looks like” any other tall, thin mulatto (one could take pictures of other tall, thin mulattoes and similarly produce videos in which a picture of Obama “turns into” a picture of the other mulatto). The similarities between pictures of Obama and Malcolm X are superficial, while the similarities between Obama and Stanley Armour Dunham are the kind that you find among a grandson that takes after his grandfather.
The only way that Malcolm X could be an ancestor of Obama’s is if (i) Malcolm X was Stanley Armour Dunham’s son (ha!), (ii) Obama was the son of Stanley Armour Dunham and one of Malcolm X’s daughters (double ha!), or (iii) Malcolm X impregnated Stanley Ann Dunham (which is highly unlikely, but not impossible).
I don’t know if Barack Hussein Obama I was really Obama’s biological father (he certainly wasn’t a “father” in the sense of someone who cared about and helped raise his son), but if he wasn’t it is likely that Obama’s biological father was someone darker-skinned, and living in closer proximity to Stanley Ann Dunham, than Malcolm X.

We know he was a druggie in high school. Its absurd to think he stopped cold turkey on graduation day. More likely, he moved up the drug chain in an outfit that he felt comfortable in. The BPP required an ALIAS. Shabazz was born in his BPP days as a drug courier.
This is why the BPP was not prosecuted. This is why he is so comfortable being near them. He was spawned by the BPP.
