Before we get over excited, this guy is just an election official, not an official from the Office of Records. The fact that he has sworn that someone told him something is not proof.

Of course we can’t get proof yet, hard to prove a negative when being stonewalled

Obama’s own 2004 admission and Abercrombie’s very public FAIL speak volumes, tho...

No, but the fact that HI's GOVERNOR (using all the powers of the office at his disposal) still can't find it either gives the 'someone told him something' affidavit a lot more weight than it would normally carry.

When you add the above to contradictory statements from previous HI officials (Example: Ex-Gov. Lingle claiming she had seen it and 'locked it in a safe' BS in 2009. Okay so if she was telling the truth, why can't the successive Governor access that safe?) plus an obviously now proven forgery of that online COLB (which can't be real since it has now been proven that there is NOTHING in HI's records to even generate that COLB). There is more than enough circumstantial evidence going on that warrants an investigation. Not investigating and continuing to sweep this gorilla under the rug does even more damage to credibility.

My response to the WH and their ridiculous 'rational men' statement is simply: "Hey White House, rational men don't hide every single circumstance of their past unless they are hiding something big."

Its time for subpoena's. CONGRESS ARE YOU LISTENING?????

Not proof inside a court room. But enough, with all the other data, to justify an investigation. Also Albercrumbie admitted in an newspaper interview that there is no birth document; just a notation in Obama’s file. He’s since changed his story when he realized what a mess he is making.

There is more than enough proof to indict a the ham sandwich in the White House.

Are elections officials and governors paid by the taxpayers to lie? Abercrombie and Tim Adams’ supervisors agree. Fukino mentioned an “original birth certificate” and “vital records”, but the HDOH in official communications has indirectly confirmed that Obama’s records have been amended and are thus not legally valid.

So we’ve got THREE officials of the Hawaii government agreeing that Hawaii has no valid birth documentation for Obama. Those three confirmations being given in different ways over a 3-year period.

That’s not just an Obama ploy to make “birthers” look crazy.

The Governor of Hawaii also says it doesn't exist.

The fact that he has sworn that someone told him something is not proof.

The fact that 0bama posted a phony BC is not proof that he is a natural born citizen.

Why hasn't Tim Adam's boss ( the Hawaiian woman that he calls "quite a powerful lady") come forward and countered Adam's statement?

Answer: Tim Adams is telling the truth and she isn't willing to commit a felony for Obama.

What matters most here is the court of public opinion.

What has Tim Adams to gain here by coming out with his statement? Huh? Answer: Nothing. He does though have plenty to lose. Making such a statement can not be helpful to his career. After Lieutenant Quail and other odd deaths he even stands to lose his own life or that of a close relative.
