Unless there is a way that the people can REQUIRE law enforcement to prosecute Obama for forgery, it will never happen. Trust me on this one; I’ve been in contact with law enforcement of every kind, and nothing will happen unless there’s no way they can wiggle out of prosecuting Obama.
That’s one reason why this is about much, much more than just Obama. It’s about the rule of law, at every level.
And it’s also why we NEED to have at least one state enact a law such as the one explained and linked to at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2011/01/14/please-encourage-your-state-to-pass-this-bill/
We need every person to contact their state legislator and ask for this bill to be introduced and passed. Deadlines are imminent, as I well know because I missed Nebraska’s deadline. So today is the day. If we’re ever gonna get credible answers on this issue, for Obama or for any candidate, we need to contact our state legislators TODAY.
I have an e-mail that I can send to anybody who would like to forward information about this to their e-mail lists. The e-mail attaches the text of the bill and a letter that can be sent to state legislators to explain why we need this bill. We can get the word out quickly and easily, if we have people who are willing to e-mail their friends and colleagues.
It’s been suggested that I e-mail the Tea Parties so they can send it out to their members. I can look up e-mail addies for Tea Party leaders, but I think it would be much more credible if it came from their own members. So if somebody is a Tea Party member - particularly in the R-controlled states which I believe are still in play for this (Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin) - and would be willing to let me e-mail you so you can forward the e-mail to your Tea Party leaders, PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
Do you know that the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires that:
All employees, citizens and noncitizens, hired after November 6, 1986 and working in the United States must complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
Is there any exception made in that law for any occupation, including President?
Is Obama an employee, hired after November 6, 1986 and working in the United States?
Do you know whether or not Obama is in compliance with current Immigration law? Do you know whether or not Obama has completed a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and if so, what documents he used as proof of his employment eligibility?
Do you realize that the Form I-9 is very specific about what documents are acceptable?
