The picture contained in this thread shows some kind of white louvered wood work.
It doesn't reach the ground.
It can't be a garage door, nor a window.

It looks like the side of a house. See the brick at the bottom? (usually 6-8" high) The "louvered wood work" is simply siding. (about 4" each x 8/9)
Rough height about 40" (approx 3 1/2' - 4').

I think it’s higher than that. The siding used there is “beaded smooth” Hardieplank. It has a 7” exposure. There are 11 planks painted, for a total of 77”. I count 4.25 bricks there of regular residential type. Each brick is 2.25”. That gives us 9.5” for brick. 86.5” total, or 7’ 2.5”.
