I think it’s higher than that. The siding used there is “beaded smooth” Hardieplank. It has a 7” exposure. There are 11 planks painted, for a total of 77”. I count 4.25 bricks there of regular residential type. Each brick is 2.25”. That gives us 9.5” for brick. 86.5” total, or 7’ 2.5”.

Well, with the pic that you've given it should be easy to guesstimate... 

There is only one upslope in the darker paint. The high point at the ninth board seems to be at about his neck.
It has a 7 exposure.
9 panels at 7" = 63" (5.25')
9.5 for brick.
63" + 9.25 = 72.5" (6'...at the neck!)
At least 6'6" overall by your numbers.
