Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “Constitutional qualifications” to serve as President of the United States.
Berg said, “Michelle Obama Celebrated, for one last time, in Spain with her daughter and others as she knows that her husband, Obama/Soetoro’s, time as President is coming to an end as he is forced to quit as he will admit he was born in Africa and adopted/acknowledged in Indonesia and therefore, is not Constitutionally eligible to be President.”
Berg’s comments came as the controversy is building since Michelle Obama, her daughter and upwards of 40 friends traveled to Spain for a five [5] day vacation. The issues included spending money overseas when our country is going through economic turmoil; traveling overseas when she could have spent a vacation in the United States where her spending could have helped a local community; staying at a five [5] star hotel with sixty [60] rooms used for her friends, staff and security; and why she would travel overseas after widespread criticism when Michelle, her husband and two [2] children recently travelled to Maine for a four [4] day vacation and not to the Gulf of Mexico area.
Berg continued, “The pressure is building to force Obama/Soetoro to admit that he is an Imposter, a Fraud, a Phony and his tale is the largest ‘Hoax’ in the history of the United States, over 230 years. Actually, the pressure is building because the overwhelming evidence is that Obama/Soetoro was born in Africa and more important is the fact that Obama was adopted/acknowledged by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia and Obama’s ‘legal’ name became ‘Barry Soetoro’ and there is no evidence that he has legally changed his name and therefore, every time he uses the name of ‘Barack Hussein Obama’ he has and is committing fraud.”
Berg concluded, “I am in the final days of planning for the largest March/Rally in Washington, DC in October 2010 to force Obama/Soetoro to step down from the Office of President, a position he is not Constitutionally eligible to be President as he is an ‘Usurper’ and he has led our country into a Constitutional crisis. When Obama/Soetoro steps down, all of the appointments and programs including ObamaCare will end because all of them are ‘voidable’”.

A relatively small price to pay and he’d lose for sure in ‘12. He could probably, at least, be “reasoned” with. The one thing I ever disagreed with Glenn Beck about is when he said McCain would be even worse for America than Obama.
No one else on the current political scene (that I can think of) would be worse for this country than Obama. No one else, at that level, hates America as he does. And has a spouse who (maybe) hates it even more.
“Fix”
The “fix” has always been in when it comes to liberal demo’s they have stole every election as far back as you can go. Never has been a clean election ever! In Many cities more votes are recorded in a race than registered voters in a district.
They vote the grave yard, bus voters to as many voting places as time allows so one voter can vote many times.
Voting boxes and ect. are rigged to lose and misplace conserative ballots from the new style voting machines and even the old paper voting systems.
When in spite of this “fix” if the libs loose a race they sue to count and re-count ballots until “things go their way!

Sorry, but that’ll never happen because he’s their Great Black Hope. I even heard Michael Moore wimp out when criticizing him for not “doing what we elected him to do” (meaning more radical, leftist things sooner) on Larry King. MM said something to the effect that if he didn’t start doing that, then “he’ll really disappoint many people”. Or something similarly insipid.
If BHO were white, it’d be a different matter among the Left.

I’m just afraid that once the republicans are running senate/congress, the economic upturn (due to spending curtailment, etc.) and any other resulting positivity, Obama will take credit and the media will be only too willing to reinforce it.
It looks to me like that is coming at some point anyways, if not over Obama it’ll be over something else. What do you think will happen when the gov’t cannot afford to give the professional parasites the free stuff they are used to anymore?

Wow — a Democrat and Hillary supporter who has more regard for the Constitution and the facts behind Obama’s usurpation of office than a whole lot of so-called “conservatives” that we all hear from.
The ONLY way this gains traction is if the Dems see the necessity of taking Obama out because he is killing their party. Then the media will get their marching orders and the rout is on. Of course, they may prefer to martyr Obama and use that to their advantage. It’s not as if they’ve never used the untimely death of a top dem to political advantage.
let’s just make sure we all block the escape routes out of the cities when it begins...
Remember that Berg was a Hillary supporter who started this whold thing to help her get the nomination. Once he had all the info he continued knowing he was right. He was NOT working to elect a Republican. Do the Clintons know more then we realize??
I suspect that a number of people may know the truth about Obama, with the arrow of suspicion pointing in the direction Soetero adoption scenario. I no longer think that the born in Africa scenario is plausible. But, the problem is that no one can produce the iron clad evidence that is required to move this forward. Berg has been shooting blanks for some time now, so I don’t think that he will be the guy who makes this happen.
Even many Democrats admit the vacation in Spain was a really bad idea.
I never thought of it in quite those terms, but now that I do, you're exactly, precisely right. He is so thin skinned and poorly equipped for the job he holds, that his natural inclination is to shun it and spend as much time away from it as he can get away with.
He hates criticism, cannot abide being disagreed with, and despite his abysmal ignorance, he's clever enough to know that his lack of proficiency is showing through. It turns his stomach that the plebes can see that the emperor has no clothes, but he cannot wake up from the dream of standing naked before the entire class.
So he runs from it. He invites Bono and Paul over for play-time; surrounding himself with mush-mouthed psychophant ass-suckers to feed and reinforce his delusion of being "important" instead of "impotent."

I have to disagree with the thought that Mr. Berg would not be the one to make this happen. I don’t believe there has been any one else more knowledgeable or dedicated to this case. I noticed he used the word “hoax”. If I recall correctly, Rush also used the word “hoax” in describing the results if Obama won the Presidency. I am not sure what Rush meant, but maybe they are thinking the same.
