The complaint is against the characterization made by Beck, if you didn't see the show it was a truly unbelievable moment. He is sloppy with his history. He has to entertain but that was ridiculous. Beck used the word slavery about 20 times. He even said the word slavery was in the title.
IMO The CS Constitution does codify slavery, that doesn't make it ALL about slavery.
