Obama's citizenship is not in question. The salient issue is whether or not he is a "
natural born citizen," as required by the US Constitution to be eligible for the office of POTUS. These are two different categories of citizenship status.
Q: How can one be born with dual citizenship (mother - American; father Kenyan) and also be a natural born citizen of the US?
A: You can't.
