There's a whole lot behind the scenes that we don't know. This picture of Dick Cheney; he and Liz saying the “not a natural born citizen” is bunk; the visit by G.H.W. Bush & Jeb; yet, Sarah Palin says “it's a good idea” for him to produce the birth certificate. Maybe one day it will come out.
