I will have to recount from memory, since my computer crashed last week and all my saved articles went with it.

It was during a very controversial debate going on (maybe health care), and GHW Bush and Jeb paid a visit to Obama at the White House. When they were asked by the press what they talked about/why the visit, I believe Bush #41 said they were “just in the neighborhood and decided to drop by for a visit". As far as I know, the real reason behind the visit was never disclosed. Sorry I can't be more explicit, and a search of the FR archives didn't turn up anything.

I think it was actually a visit by Jeb and the Sr Bush, about the Haiti thing supposedly. Not GW, but HW.
