Remember that at the time our discussion was about his name Helton or Heltan (It’s Heltan). I din’t give any importance to the date on your paper till I did the following (and honestly I don’t remember why I did it):
I did a search on the Kenyan Google mirror for Kenyan sources only- The search was for “Chief Administrator” + “Mombasa”. That’s how the name Othigo emerged and so I started putting the pieces of the puzzle together and.... yes, a certain Jennifer Othigo was CA of CPGH until at least April 13th 2009.
Last week I dismissed your claim to the possibility of a dual CA with that tender document from CPGH. I know that in order to convince your sutubborn followers I need something official from CPGH or form the Kenyan Health Ministery, like the official appointment of Maganga. I was thinking about asking the Kenya Official Gazette since CPGH is a public institution.
But now Lucas, I need you to reply honestly to this question: Since you have affirmed never having met Maganga in person what makes you 100 % certain he signed your paper ? And also: do you still believe in the “2 CAs” ?
BINGO, that is just why I'm asking YOU if you have ever dealt with authorities in Africa and knows HOW they are produced to third parties???

Jerome Corsi and WND have claimed to have contacted doctor Helton Maganga back in August 2009 and asked him about the document. Others have contacted CPGH as well. Other people in Kenya have commented on the CPGH document as well. Even a close friend of Obama Senior in Kenya has examined the document.
Kim, do really expect anyone to believe that in October of 2009 Dr Helton Maganga didn't know the details of the document? ESPECIALLY THE STAMP WHICH IS THAT PART WITH HIS NAME AND THE DATE??????? Are you just that nuts or what?

Lastly, whatever happened to Dr Helton Maganga coming out and helping you expose the document as a fraud??? Whatever happened to your other promises of providing spectacular evidence which you were hoarding and that you said you would release unless I (Lucas) confessed???
