sincerely I don’t know. Possibly he was not aware of all the details in your paper. Possibly he didn’t see it. Remember that at the time our discussion was about his name Helton or Heltan (It’s Heltan). I din’t give any importance to the date on your paper till I did the following (and honestly I don’t remember why I did it):
I did a search on the Kenyan Google mirror for Kenyan sources only- The search was for “Chief Administrator” + “Mombasa”. That’s how the name Othigo emerged and so I started putting the pieces of the puzzle together and.... yes, a certain Jennifer Othigo was CA of CPGH until at least April 13th 2009.
Last week I dismissed your claim to the possibility of a dual CA with that tender document from CPGH. I know that in order to convince your sutubborn followers I need something official from CPGH or form the Kenyan Health Ministery, like the official appointment of Maganga. I was thinking about asking the Kenya Official Gazette since CPGH is a public institution.
But now Lucas, I need you to reply honestly to this question: Since you have affirmed never having met Maganga in person what makes you 100 % certain he signed your paper ? And also: do you still believe in the “2 CAs” ?
