Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Is it general knowledge or not, that the author Kengor quotes Frank Marshall Davis as saying that an african student caused a stir when he 'split, leaving two pregant blondes (meaning caucasian girls) when he left Hawaii...?
Were Ann S Obama and Anna Obama two of the names blended into Stanley Ann Dunham in the paragraph in 'Dreams' in which there's a conversation linking three names to create the impression her father named her ANN and the kenyan named her ANNA - while Madelyn is referred to as TOOT?
Was that necessary because ANNA TOOT was an identity know to the clan in Kenya? Because the kenyan had written home to tell the family he was married to ANNA TOOT AND HAD A SON?
How could Stanley Ann Dunham have been the same woman as Anna Obama for whom Mary babysat in January 1961, and take a three weeks old child to visit Susan Blake in late August?
Why would Stanley Ann tell Susan she was going to go to Boston on that same day, when there was no one in Boston connected to Stanley Ann Dunham that anyone could find, and she didn't have a job or means of support there...
Who was the Miss Dan... (or Miss Dun...) name truncated, who discussed an adoption of a child with the Salvation Army in April 1961?
From that day in late August 1961 until she showed up in Hawaii and enrolled for Spring, 1963 at the U of HI, where was Stanley Ann Dunham?
Who was the child that the kenyan told his friends he visited a number of times while he was at Harvard between September 1962 and August 1964?
And who were the parents of the boy Stanley Ann Dunham is shown holding, sitting on the fence at the zoo (somewhere) when the boy was approx two years of age?
Who might have been the boy Malik referred to as Barack whom he played with in Nairobi when they were children? Who, when he grew up, taught school in Uganda?
Is it possible that the kenyan, when he left Harvard, picked up his son, born in January 1961, from where-ever he was being looked after in Boston, and took that boy back to Kenya with him?
And the mother, from whom he was divorced, had returned to the Philippines?
If the only way any of these questions can be answered is to quote 'Dreams' and produce questionable documentation, there are the clues.

The only thing that needed forging at the time of the original deception in 1961 was a birth certificate for the child whose name, date of birth, parents and place of birth are still unknown ... imo
That the lodgement date of that notification of a live birth handed to the Local Registrar was dated the same date as the death notice appeared for Virginia, should tell you something loud and clear.
Why can’t Duncan Sunahara have a copy of the LFBC for his sister? Why has he been given a COLB that is 400 plus digits PAST her date of birth?

The kenyan crossed out the name of his wife on the INS docs and replaced that with the name ANN S DUNHAM on AUGUST 31, 1961. Is that the same woman as ANN S OBAMA who appeared in the Polk - or is that an indication of the timing - just 27 days after that ‘birthdate’ of WHEN an arrangement was made?
The date of the amendement shown on the death certificate is AUGUST 29. Is anyone looking at the relationship between the various alterations/amendements/suspicious Memo’s etc ...

As a CFE and CPA I can assure you that Smith appeared to commit fraud by placing what the Feds would consider to be a forged BC in a court record with an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury. Smith meeting the legal elements for federal felony fraud has NOTHING to do with whether Orly’s case was civil or criminal or whether the case went to trial.
For years Smith has been inviting federal prosecution for fraud but such a prosecution would be successful ONLY IF his certified BC is forged!
Making a forged BC is counterfeiting fraud. Selling a forged BC would be By trying to sell the BC on E-Bay Smith was potentially committing wire fraud. If the BC had been paid for or sent to the buyer through the mail, it would have been mail fraud on top of that.

And to present a false document /fabricated birth certificate to authenticate qualifications would be no different than creating false license to practice medicine or law they are all felonies Felonies that cross state lines and have others compliant in their actions

It is a fact that sons often look NOTHING like the father. They may take after the mother’s side or be an identifiable mix if the two or look nothing like either parent. It all depends on which genes get passed on and expressed.
The best support for BHO Sr. is that Barry’s half-brother David looks so much like him to the extent that some FReepers relentlessly claim that pictures of David are actually pictures of little Barry even when David is seen in multiple pictures with Mark as attested to by Mark and Malik. Half-brothers Mark and George also resemble Barry.
From the evidence that I have seen to date, especialy the INS FOIA documents which assert that BHO Sr. impregnated Stanley Ann Dunham BY NAME, and also the total lack of any legally credible document or witness supporting any other father or mother, it is pure disinformation, IMO, to claim that BHO Sr. is NOT Barry’s biological and legal father affirmed by the HI divorce record.
This thread is about Smith’s claim to have discovered 1963 CPGH BC which is identical in format to the 1961 CPGH BC Smith claimed to have obtained for Barry. Off the top of my head, either Smith has forged two similar documents, or Smith has added support to his claim that Barry’s 1961 BC is legit. Many elements of the CPGH BC have been verified by Smith and others.
I, myself, verified that Kenya used two different date formats including the one on Smith’s CPGH BC and also that Obots aggressively attempted to scrub this fact from the date format page on Wikipedia. Obots keep removing from the dual date list, but they haven’t been able to remove the currently green dual date designation for Kenya on the world map!

Zullo says the HI BC if forged and he hasn’t found any proof of Stanley Ann in HI before 1963 or any proof of who the parents are. Smith’s BC, doesn’t refute any of that and the INS FOIA docs affirm SADO explicitly as the mom and U oh HI officials reported to INS that BHO Sr. was the sperm donor.

The “Mal-Val” youtube video at the link was posted by FReeper Polarik (Dr. Ron Polland) in August of 2011 and while morphing the image of a woman named “Val” into an image of Obama, he insinuates that “Val” is Obama’s mom. One year later this youtube has only 1,150 views.
In July 2012, two FReepers associated the woman, “Val,” in Polarik’s Youtube with Lebanese actress Valerie Sarruf and have posted multiple images of her at various ages on FR eligibility threads. I am opening this thread to invite discussion of and links to any evidence that either supports or refutes a claim that Valerie Sarruf is Barack Obama’s mother, with or without Malcolm X being his father.
