President Obama's birth doctor, James Ang'awa, was neighbors with Barack Obama Senior in the 1960s
allafrica.com and Mary Ang'awa (Dr. James Ang'awa's daughther) ^ | 03.05.2010 | InspectorSmith

Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.

Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.

One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.

A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.

At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.

The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.

The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Where does it say the GOP went to Kenya to fabricate evidence against bozo like you claim? It says they went there fo dig up dirt, not fabricate it. Where is Palin mentioned, or her whitchdoctor, like you claim?

“So you’re saying the tax issue wouldn’t work because the president is irrelevant to the tax issue. What about some other issue? For instance, since you say that a criminal accusation (by a DA, for instance) wouldn’t work - what if I filed a civil lawsuit against Lucas Smith for libel of my president (or whatever charge would work; maybe you could suggest something that could work since I’m a legal nincompoop. lol). He would then have the right to access any documents necessary to prove his innocence, wouldn’t he?”

It really doesn't work that way. You can't really charge Smith with much. This isn't an actual issue that's costing anyone anything (yes, I know the underlying angst, but no one can point to a specific financial hardship or the like). So where is the fraud? No court cares what Mr. Smith says or doesn't say about the Kenyan birth certificate on his own.

If he enters it into a court case with an affidavit, I suppose some court could try to make an example out of him. But they probably wouldn't even care then if the overarching case, as all the others to date, never makes it past the motion to dismiss. And even if they did, they would simply evaluate the Kenyan birth certificate on its own merits. For example, I could introduce some weird birth certificate for you in court and swear to it. The court wouldn't make you produce yours to whack me, because you would simply be perceived as an innocent bystander to my misdeeds.

Sorry. I know that's not helpful.

That is not it. See post #459.

Mik references this story you post - but then claims to have verified Pastor Muthee attended a meeting with the GOP and Kenyan officials at the Windsor Golf resort in Nairobi.

There is no evidence of this claim anywhere on the internet.

“There is no evidence of this claim anywhere on the internet.”

There is very little infromation on the Internet. Not all the information comes from the internet.

ALL. In the interest of fairness, I don’t know too much about this Wayne Madsen but from the little I have found, he appears to be a conspiracy theoristweho is not always honest in his stories. I don’t trust his work.
I do wonder about one thing. The article we’ve been discussing was posted June 9, 2008, several months before Lucas went to Kenya, so where did his info come from? I know Lucas went to Kenya. Did the GOP & if they did, why didn’t they get their discovery out before the election? That is the thing that gives me reason to pause.

you are right at doubting Madsen’s work. This my overall attitude as well (including Smith, Taitz, Berg and even those on the other side). Only, in this specific case, I have found unrelated elements that backup the story or at least make it worthy of investigation. Please note the “korean-American” woman mentioned by Madsen.

I am not going to get a paid subscription to a site run by a man whose work I don’t trust.I do say that the “abbreviated” version we can get is going to have the same high points as the paid article. No where does it say the GOP was going to fabricate evidence. They were looking to dig up some dirt.
Also, back when the article was written, Sarah Palin was not in the picture. She didn’t come into play until several months later.

In addition, Madsen stated Kenya registered births in Kenya when they happened in another country. That is not true. He got that line from the Hawaiian practice of registering births that happened to take place in other countries. In 1961, Kenya was a British Protectorate, under British law. The Brits have never allowed the practice, although they do recognize dual-citizenship. Remember when bozo said, “I was born under British rule.” That was one of the 2 times he told the truth.

You just claimed it existed on the internet and you were going to try to locate it.

You didn’t find it, and I told you that you would not find it when you said you would look for it. It does not exist. It is just another one of your lies.

“He got that line from the Hawaiian practice of registering births that happened to take place in other countries”

that is partially true. Hawaii, as other states do, can register a foreign birth in specific cases such as adoption. However in these instances the foreign birthplace would result on the certificate. In the case of Hawaii these documents are called “certificates of foreign birth”.

Fukino said “we have the original on record”. Some believe this original (the record generator)could be a foreign certificate. This is highly unlikely since originals are the ones kept where they are produced - this would be the case of Lucas’ document which has been diligently preserved where it had been produced. So if Lucas’ document were true Hawaii could not hold an original, it would hold a certified copy. So either Lucas or Fukino are lying.

How do you know Lucas went to Kenya ? Just because he says so ? So should we believe Madsen just for what he says ? Off course not ! We allways need supporting elements. We don’t have them in the case of Lucas.

You still don’t get it. In Hawaii, from 1895 to 1985, anyone could register a birth in Hawaii, claiming the birth took place in Hawaii, just by sending in a form, or going to the registar’s office & filling out a form. That’s the way it was done for more 65 yrs before Hawaii became a state and continued 25 yrs after it was granted statehood. Whatever Hawaii has on record, the so-called long form bc, has the source of the info...was it from a hospital record, a mailed in form, a family member going in and giving the info? Where & who did the info come from? That’s why it is so important. Hawaii has the original birth registration as they received the info but what was the source? It is a well known fact that thousands of foreign births were recorded in Hawaii as Hawaiian births. One was posted on this thread, post # 466.
When Fukino said she had seen the long form and it is within the laws of Hawaii in effect at the time, she was using double speak to avoid the issue. On another occasion, when pressed, she said she had made her statement & would not comment further on it.
All states will register foreign births after an adoption. That is not the case here.
The DOH has also said the long form has been “amended.” From what to what? Maybe the name change to Barry Soetoro after his adoption by Lolo Soetoro? Anytime he signs Barack Obama, he is committing forgery because his legal name is Barry Soetoro. He never applied to have his birth name reinstated.
I am sure Lucas want to Kenya. Ask Barry Soetoro to show his long form birth certificate & Lucas will show his passport.
Now, it’s late & I have the last of my 3 long work days Tues. I’m off to bed.

Copy and paste the part about Pastor Muthee meeting with GOP officials.

No way is that story going to remain 'super secret'. It's just Madsen BS behind a paid subscription block you know I'm not going to be fooled into purchasing. You are a tool for trying to espouse that nonsense in here.

Tell you what, I've got proof that Palin gave Lucas the BC. All you have to do is send me your CC information and for the low price of 2 payments of $99 you can prove all your delusions are true!

...but wait!!!! That's not all! I'll also throw in a Trig BC listing Bristol as the mother at no extra charge to you!

Act now! Offer expires in 1 week. Void where prohibited. A small surcharge may apply.

How unfortunate that proof of a Republican conspiracy to gather info on Obama us hidden behind a Wayne Madsen subscription barricade!

The world will never know the truth about Palin’s Witch Doctor Pastor GOP conspiracy because they can’t afford the $14.95 fee.

Too bad Nixon didn’t have the internet and a subscription fee to hide his scandal behind. What a different world it might have been!

If Obama was born in Hawaii and his mother wasn’t married then he is an illegitimate child but, without a doubt, a natural born citizen. No one would freak over that fact though there would be a lot of heartbreak at some online sites.

What do you base this on he is a NBC?

If Sr. still is the father on the BC, doesn't Jr. follow the the blood line anyway??

And SAD was underage to confer citizenship???

As a medical doctor Fukino, using medical terms in her statement she could be absolutely 100% right and just stall and hiding behind those words in her press release!!!
