There are many in the press today caricaturing me as a "conspiracy theorist" simply because I, like millions of other Americans, insist on actually seeing proof of Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility.
I've never alleged a conspiracy. Obama was given a free pass by an opponent who had his own eligibility issues. Not much of a conspiracy necessary – especially with Obama accountable only to a fawning press and scared-of-their-shadows Republicans.
But "conspiracy theorist" is an easy epithet to hurl.
One good question to ask, the next time you hear someone call me that name, is this: "Who is Joseph Farah conspiring with?"

The point was that you said: Go ahead with your fringe conspiracy theories but don’t force the rest of the conservative movement to go down with that sinking ship.

George Bush's natural born status is self-evident.
Armies of U.S. citizens ( relatives, friends, and neighbors) stand read to proudly testify before God and to any who ask that they knew his parents. They visited the mom and the newborn in the hospital. They brought meals over to the mom and the family. They attended the Christening. They watched over and cared for little George as he grew from infancy to adulthood.
Gee! Since Obama can not present this ***HIGHEST** standard of having U.S. citizens testify of circumstances of his mother and father, his birth events, and childhood upbringing, then a **LESSER** standard of evidence is necessary. Free the long form and provide certified evidence that he is a natural born citizen.
I'd bet my entire 401 K that if asked, George (being and honest man) would have been **HONORED** to promptly prove in every way possible to his countrymen and especially his troops that he is a natural born citizen and eligible to be Commander in Chief and president of the United States of America.
By the way, I am 63 years old and people are still alive who would be **HONORED** to testify before God and the community that I am, indeed, a natural born citizen. ( Oh, and I have not only a state issued long form birth certificate, I also have the unofficial certificate issued by the hospital with my little foot prints and the doctor's and nurses’ signatures.)

what is the proof he was born there? Tell us the name of the hospital and the attending physician. We know taht information about George Bush.

The fact that all factual documentation of his life is HIDDEN is the very proof that should bring to question his place of birth and current citizenship. I do realize the world is very gullable Ari......this is difficult for some to understand.

Look into NewsCorp (Murdoch’s) latest contractual agreements with the King of Saudi’s family. I said OWNED....but it doesn’t give me any pleasure to say it. It actually makes me want to puke. “Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to U.S. jurisdiction and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth.”
The Foreign Affairs Manual further weighs in on the issue as follows:
7 FAM 1131.6-2 Eligibility for Presidency
a. It has never been determined definitively by a court whether a person who acquired U.S. citizenship by birth abroad to U.S. citizens is a natural born citizen within the meaning of Article II of the Constitution and, therefore, eligible for the Presidency.
b. Section 1, Article II, of the Constitution states, in relevant part that “No Person except a natural born Citizen...shall be eligible for the Office of President,”
c. The Constitution does not define “natural born”.
The “Act to establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization”, enacted March 26, 1790, (1 Stat.103,104) provided that, “...the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born ... out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.”
d. This statute is no longer operative, however, and its formula is not included in modern nationality statutes. In any event, the fact that someone is a natural born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is such a citizen for Constitutional purposes. (Emphasis added.)
John McCain was neither born on United States soil, nor was he naturalized. He is a citizen at birth by statute. This is discussed in the Foreign Affairs Manual:
7 FAM 1131.6-3 Not Citizens by “Naturalization”
Section 201(g) NA and section 301(g) INA (formerly section 301(a)(7) INA) both specify that naturalization is
“the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth.”
McCain is none of the above. He wasn't born on United States soil and he wasn't naturalized in the United States. Instead, McCain may claim citizenship from 8 USC 1403(a):
“Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.”

In other words, there’s about as much proof he was born in Kenya as there is about his being born in the USA.
