If we can't forgive those who have gone to prison and have paid their debt to sociality, how can we expect to go to GOD and ask him for forgiveness ?

Assuming your claim is correct, your argument is someone who has already been to prison will have no problem lying to the federal government and returning to prison, this time in a federal prison? LOL!!! Ex cons do anything necessary to stay out of prison!
