...Palin endorses John McCain?
Top ten...
1) She's just "playing the game". Standing on principle and voting the RINO's out is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with Sarah becoming prez.
2) If Sarah says supporting RINO's is okay, that's good enough for me. The Messiah is infallible and what do I know?.
3) She's not being inconsistent, she's making a tactical retreat, but hey that's politics.
4) A smart move by the smartest woman in the world.
5) She didn't want to but the dims threatened to file an ethics complaint if she didn't.
6) She's not quiting, she's reloading.
7) What endorsement? That wasn't an endorsement she was repaying a political favor. Everyone does it.
8) That was part of her master plan to make dims and the MSM fear her even more...if that's even possible.
9) C'mon, McCain wasn't THAT bad...
10) Who cares? Look at those LEGS!
There was a lot more money involved. But hey, I actually like JD, but I’m not going to put him on a pedestal and declare him savior.
That would give him too much power over me and I want to hold his feet to the fire when he strays...again.
You missed Bob J mocking Palin's down syndrome child. Nothing is beneath Bob J, that is why he has to get reined in occasionally by the big dog himself.
You do understand that nobody here owes you an answer don't you?
Also you don't seem to have the guts to answer the question about who you support. Why should anybody answer you when you won't answer anybody?
Palinphobic
Palin supported the bridge to no where during her campaign for governor and there after until it became a national “cause celbre” and then she ditched it.
Palin is a political opportunist just like every other politican. My only objection is setting her on a pedesal as some kind of infallible moral deity.
Palins got warts. You can excuse or ignore them or do the astute political thing and admit they exist and then find away to get some Compound W on them so they don’t come back in the future.
You are truly a sick, sick old man. I don’t think there’s any help for you at all.
Agreed, IBTZ.
My God can we get a smiting here? Mods? Enough already!
Will you support her if she is nominated in 2012?
Was that a rhetorical question?
Look at post 187.
Because he has been here longer than JR, he gets away with that stuff.
Either that or he contributes big bucks to the FReepathon.
... just sayin’
Time for the Romney Number 1 video?
When looking for clues on why you hate Palin so, we see things like this, during the discussion on choosing a veep for McCain, when conservatives were hoping and insisting on a conservative to balance the ticket, you posted in answer to this statement."If he picks a pro-baby murder VP, large portions of the base will sit home and watch him lose." It does tell us why you are called a big R liberal.
Here is a good example of the far right. It doesn't matter that McCain is much better on the WOT, the size of government, how he will pick SC nominees or even that he is pro-life himself. If he picks A VICE PRESIDENT (?) that isn't solid on abortion the pro life crowd will sit out the election and insuring that a militant anti-pro-life candidate sits in the White House, signing pro-abort legislation and nominating militant pro-aborts to the SC.
I believe that's called cutting off your nose to spite your face. It's also why true conservatives who understand how the political game is played is getting tired of the ultimatums issued from the far right. You sound like spoiled children threatening to hold your breath of you don't get exactly what you want.
Yes, pro-lifers would rather see the man stand on principle and lose than to embrace a baby murderer.

You mean this one?
Except maybe Bibi Netanyau.
He's dreamy.
As much as I hate to say it, beggars can't be choosey, and with only 40 Republican Senators, and a limited supply of people willing to run, I'll take Hayworth.
Along these same lines, I heard that Richard Pombo is running again for the House. He was also ousted in 2006 from the redistricted CA-11 (Jerry McNerney won). Pombo was a target of the environmentalists because he supported exploiting our natural resources (Chevron was headquartered in his district) and scaling back the Endangered Species Act and its influence on use of lands.
Pombo had taken over $200,000 of Abramoff money, and also had family members on his campaign payroll. FReepers are also making similar comments about Pombo's choice to run again.
This time, however, Pombo is running for the CA-19, which is where the farmers are fighting over water rights that are killing their farms. I wonder if Paul Rodriguez will endorse Pombo?
I wish Pombo would run for his old seat. I want a Republican to represent me, even if he took Abramoff money. I want someone who was an advocate for using our vast natural resources for our internal needs, regardless of how close he got to Abramoff.
Allowing the current situation to fester is not tolerable in my book. We can't toss out viable candidates because they have a wart that makes them look ugly.

“Either that or he contributes big bucks to the FReepathon.”
Having been here “longer than JR” (heheh...;-] ) I can assure you that donations have no bearingon the decisions Jim makes.
If Jim continues to allow me to spew my “bile” it’s because he knows I an not beholden to any political persuasion. And even Jim knows there must be a counter balance to the bandwagon lest we all go off the cliff.
Who knows. If tomorrow Palin becomes the astute and savvy politican we all hope she becomes I may end up the biggest Palin supporter.
But she ain’t there yet and still has a long way to go. Politics is a lot more than pop(ulism) and tossing red meat to thousands of adoring fans.
Bob,
There is a short TV spot for Romney at Allegra’s link. We didn’t do one for Palin because we like her.
