OK — the timeline is not right. Maybe he glassy eyed stare was from nausea from morning sickness. In any case, if whe were “knocked up” (as you so delicately put it) she probably didn’t know it yet. Typical time frame for a woman to realize she’s pregnant in the late 1950s-early 1960s was THREE MONTHS. That is when her fears were realized and the doctor could make a diagnosis. No EPTs in those days. She’d only be 6 weeks along in the photos.
