Huh? Did that happen, or is that conjecture, or wishful thinking?

No...it did happen. We were posting about it here at FR. He wrote EO’s to access certain records and did it late after congress was gone and would be unable to stop the EO’s. We did speculate here at FR that they must be busy this weekend.
