Did you load this in PhotoShop Elements and save it?
Looking at it in notepad, the header says ‘PhotoShop Elements 2.0 :20009 8.02.
I’m assuming it was saved on Saturday, 8.02.2009.

Check this one out at 7544. Much more worn and the tear at the top is consistent with being town out of a stapled group without removing the staple.....Something I've done a few times.
Others may have been copies of original and then set up to look fake. Someone IS REALLY desperate.

Freeper Salamander made that while trying to darken the original for clarity. The ‘tear’, etc. ... just jpg artifacts.
