It looks like the same document to me, only one image shows it with a perforated edge and a tear in the upper right, whereas the other does not.

Between that, and the issue regarding the date of the formation of the Kenyan Republic, the document seems suspicious to me. But definitely worth investigation.

Also, in examining person's motives, it seems worthy to consider Taitz's position here. If she submits an obvious forgery to a Federal Court, in hopes of bringing down the standing government, she will be ruined professionally, if not sued for libel. Obama, on the other hand, is fighting so hard that it seems that he has something to hide.

if she posted a deliberate fraud with such far reaching implications i suspect she’d be more than ruined professionally. this probably gets to the level of sedition.
of course the word deliberate is paramount.

Sorry if there is some no-brainer, obvious answer to this, but why wouldn't they both be torn? Where did the torn document come from? For that matter, where did the other one come from?
