Thanks, I absolutely understand that they were under British “control” at that time. I was just very curious as to how closely the forms read like they were tailored to read like ours.
I’m still of the opinion that this is likely a ruse. There may be just enough information on the document that is getting too close for comfort for SOMETHING, but I think that this is designed to be ridiculed eventually so this path isn’t follwed too closely again. If he wasn’t eligible, Ol’ Hillary would have exposed it in a New York second.

But it also could be that this document didn’t come to light until just now.
Don’t forget that this is just a ‘copy’ of the original.
And by copy, I mean they used a typewriter to ‘copy’ the information from the original to the newer form.
They more than likely didn’t have ‘copiers’ in 1964.
As a matter of fact, I kinda remember ‘mimeographs’ back then.
