Yes, they had a constitution and that constitution was amended so that Kenya became the Republic of Kenya on 12/13/64. If anyone can show official Kenyan documents that are letter-headed Republic of Kenya prior to this date then this is a non-issue. Until then it is a hole in this theory.
Forget anything but birth records. This needs to be compared to other birth records issued in Mombasa in early 1964. If they refer to the “Republic of Kenya” the case is closed. I don’t care about all this hypothetical speculation and when this and that. It’s all pointless. Verification of this matter can be accomplished in only one way - recourse to the source.
Taitz, in her filing, makes no representation about the document, other than titling it as “unauthenticated”. She specifies that she has no opinion as to whether it is genuine or not, but that it must be investigated, and that immediately.
My opinion, which I posted on one of these threads earlier this morning, is that it needs to be debunked or validated sooner rather than later.
