It does make him de facto qualified. It will take an act of impeachment to remove him now. And we couldn’t get the bent one when we had a DNA stained dress, what makes you think we could get this guy with a majority democratic congress? All he has to do is say, “gosh, I’m so sorry I didn’t know that this CoLB wasn’t a real birth certificate... otherwise I would never have put my precious america through this... “ well, you know the rest. The press jumps all over his mea culpa, and anyone who doesn’t forgive him this minor paperwork indiscretion is a racist. It was a declaration of Congress, after all. I do not believe a swearing in based on rampant fraud is going to qualify as a de-facto qualification. And lets be quite clear here: IF this document is correct, his entire adult political career was based on rampant, willful, and continuous fraud.

Kev, this is a country of laws. If Obama is proven to be ineligible to hold the office of President in a court of law, he will likely be escorted from the White House by US Marshalls.
There won't even be an impeachment proceeding, because he was never President to begin with. Everything he signed will be null and void, including all legislation.

Because if Hillary is still holding all the dirt in all those FBI files, she could get both sides of the aisle to step into line and vote BO out of there, push to keep Biden on top and step in as VPOTUS at his behest (of course), situating her for the run in 2012, which she would see as giving her the two terms to 2020, and all the Socialist dirty work will have been done (deniability) by the time she gets there.
Given eight years to "straighten things out" we could have a complete disaster on our hands, and she'd be holding the Congress by their acorns...
FYI: It may be TOO LATE! There are now some constitutional/legislative “theologians” who say that even IF the DemocRAT votes COULD be found to impeach him, that Obama is legally UNIMPEACHABLE, if in fact he is not a natural-born American. They say that, because then he would never have been eligible to hold the office in the first place, and so is NOT the President, and thus CANNOT be impeached! The articles simply would NOT APPLY to him, any more than they would to you or me. Thus, he may sit in the White House, smoking cigars and drinking Crown Royal indefinitely. If so, HOW would he be removed from the White House? Perhaps via an ordinary EVICTION process? Don’t let the media bury this story!

First off, I agree with the entire content of your post, which I didn’t fully repost. Congress would have to impeach Zero, and barring the ‘angry masses with pitchforks’ on the steps of the Capitol, an impeachment isn’t very likely. As far as the ‘gosh, I didn’t know’ scenario...that’s where his college records come into play. If he went through his young and early adult life registered as a foreign student, then I think he can’t say he didn’t know. IMO, the long form BC is a nice place to start, but viewing his records sequentially would provide a better and more complete picture of who this guy really is.
