It says “Republic of Kenya.” Kenya did not become an independent republic until 1963, and wasn’t called “Republic of Kenya” until 1964. 0bama was born in 1961, when it was called the Dominion of Kenya.
In a couple of the more recent posts we have 1963 or 1964 as the official date for the use of “Republic of Kenya”

So what’s your point?? So what if there was no “Republic of Kenya” in 1961, this document was ISSUED in 1964. You think they would go back and reissue a document that was a United Kingdom document?
