You may be wrong on that. This might be as good as it got in Kenya, at the time. Remember that the large majority of Kenyan births would have been at home, unattended by any health care professional.
You're making an assumption about hospital births vs home births in Kenya at that time. It's been reported on this thread that the country had some very good hospitals in that day.
Besides, Coast General Hospital is clearly listed as Obama's birthplace on the certificate in question. As I and other have indicated, the document we're looking at clearly points to root records contained in another official registry, so it in itself is not the definitive record.
That's why I referred loosely to it in my other post as a "COLB" of sorts. It serves the same purpose as the Hawaiian COLB, but contains more information.
