This is unprecedented, I really don't know what authority will have to handle this, surely not the court. They have allowed this to continue.

The courts should have settled this before the election. Now we may be in a huge mess with terrible consequences.

If it is an authentic document, Obama lied and is guilty of fraud regardless of eligibility. Imagine the suits that will flood in then.

we first have to have the event occur where "he is found to be a fraud". I don't see that happening. The dems who can redefine what the word "is" is will come up with all sorts of spin and stuff to discredit this. The Congress won't do anything. You would have to have the SC itself rule on it and actually declare Obama is not a natural born citizen before it would be possible for anything to occur.

Doesn't matter. Even if Obama stays in power we have to seek the truth which is more important than what happens to Obama.

I believe EVERY candidate that was running for President and every member of Congress should have settled this when Obama FIRST entered the race! They all knew Obama did not constitutionally qualify to run for President from the start, but did nothing! Why?
