Sorry, you are wrong about McCain not being Natural born. He was born of two US citizen parents, one of whom was a military officer. He could have been born anywhere and he would still be a natural born US citizen. Because his father was on active duty at the time of his birth McCain came under the "jurisdiction of the US" clause.

Not only that McCain has already shown his BC and has been accepted as a natural born citizen by the election committees when the dimwits questioned his birth in 2008.

Dimwits questioning McCain's birth, and the subsequent proving of his natural born status, is what led to the investigation into Bozo's BC.

I believe the Founding Fathers intended both. FWIW, The law (not the Constitution!) that considered foreign born children of Americans on official US business NBC was eliminated in 1795.
