I am no expert, but if this document turns out to be authentic, then the whole election has to be declared null and void and we will have to have another election. To me, this seems to be the only option.

Of course the speaker of the house (Nancy Pelosi) will have to step in as temporary president.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I am willing to go along with that if that is what the Constitution dictates.

In my opinion you are wrong. The House is tasked with determining the eligibility of the person receiving the most Electorial College votes for President. If he is found to have been ineligible the person receiving the second amount would be President. I've been saying that would be Biden, but I may be wrong. It use to be that the runner up was Vice President. Now the Vice President is "appointed" as a runningmate. I don't know how he does or does not go through the Electorial College.

In any case either Biden or Mccain would be elected and sworn in as President. There is no contemplation of another election.
