In my opinion you are wrong. The House is tasked with determining the eligibility of the person receiving the most Electorial College votes for President. If he is found to have been ineligible the person receiving the second amount would be President. I've been saying that would be Biden, but I may be wrong. It use to be that the runner up was Vice President. Now the Vice President is "appointed" as a runningmate. I don't know how he does or does not go through the Electorial College.
In any case either Biden or Mccain would be elected and sworn in as President. There is no contemplation of another election.

The election was a fraud to begin with. Would it not make sense to have the election over again? I think politically speaking that it would be to the conservatives advantage. Everybody will (and rightfully so) be so incensed by the fact that the liberals tried to pull a fast one on the American Public. The dupes in the electorate not withstanding.
If this document is the real deal so to speak, what a Constitutional crisis this is going to create. I mean we can speculate all we want but in the end what is the remedy?
