Your blank looks nothing like what was posted and filled out. The copy that is being presented as evidence in the case has a seal on it. (at least it does in the photo)

That blank looks like the original form, which would be different from a certified copy form.
Ok, but it's important to know what era (or years) this blank Kenyan bc is from. Could be a recent version.
