For those still discouraged, there is yet another case filed with SCOTUS and still more on the way.

Yes, it's one of the many nonsense cases that charlatans like Berg are using to separate gullible donors from their money.

This issue is NOT going away until a Court decides on the issue

The issue will go away when Berg & Co. run out of money. In the mean time, the cases will continue to be filed and then dismissed.
