Yes, it's one of the many nonsense cases that charlatans like Berg are using to separate gullible donors from their money.

This issue is NOT going away until a Court decides on the issue

The issue will go away when Berg & Co. run out of money. In the mean time, the cases will continue to be filed and then dismissed.
